We encourage the users of Ice the Cake to leave reviews for the suppliers on here as we are extremely focused on high customer service and we believe that in turn it ensures that your brand is associated with other likeminded companies. We only work with companies who are happy to be reviewed and by doing this we hope to create a community that will enable you to confidently network with other local Ice the Cake approved suppliers.

At Ice the Cake we aim to make our site credible, ethical and one that Brides, Grooms and their families can rely on for finding honest and helpful suppliers. The site has been created by a Newlywed Couple who know what it's like to be let down at the last minute and so by joining our network we ask that you deliver your promises to your customers and maybe offer a little laugh and joke along the way.


So why should you join us?

If you are looking for a directory listing that you can add your details to and not bother with again then we are probably not the company for you.  If you are joining the network we want you to join and and become part of the family.  We want to get to know you & your company and work with you in a way that is personal and fits into your business requirements.

We are not an automated system, we are real people here to help you with any queries you may have. We look for companies who have a great customer service ethos and who are able to demonstrate that they are dedicated to helping the viewers of our website create their perfect day as much as we are.

We work hard to provide Suppliers with more than 'just a listing'. We are a community and if you provide exceptional customer service, are reliable and professional, we would love you to join us on our celebratory journey.  We want to promote you not just advertise you.  We are proud to have met a very high percentage of the suppliers we work with in person because for us it is important to build a real working relationship.
